Baby-wearing Yoga

As mothers we do it all. But when do we ever get a moment where the only focus is connecting with your baby? Introducing Baby Wearing Yoga, taught by Ashley and Aiden DeMarco. It is so important to care for yourself. Wearing your little one on your body is an amazing way to be out in the world together. It not only creates a peaceful place of comfort for your child to settle into, but it also harmonizes your breaths and heartbeats, recreating the connection you had with your little one in the womb.

This baby-wearing yoga class is designed to bring you and your baby closer together by teaching you different ways to bond with your baby through movement and breath work. In this specially designed 60-minute class,  you will learn to connect your breathe to movement which will help bring balance to your mind, body and spirit. A baby’s most natural state is bliss, but sometimes a baby’s true state needs a little help to rebalance. I teach parents yoga-based movements and techniques to help with digestion, restlessness, peaceful sleep and happiness.

We will sing songs to keep the babies engaged, dance and let loose. This is a perfect place to feel safe and comfortable. ANYTHING about your baby is welcome in this class. Nursing/feeding/changing/ crying is all part of the process and all is welcomed in order to keep your baby feeling happy, healthy and safe.
